First thing I would like to say is thank you everyone for coming out. It was a honour to meet all of my fellow spark members in person and to make new spark friends.

We had a beautiful day at the lake at our North Georgia Spark Rally over the weekend. We had 42 people through out the day. Everyone had so much fun and learn a lot from Kevin the Personal Trainer from Gold's Gym. He talk to us about Nutrition and Logging in our Points on SparkPeople he also gave the Spark Members a good workout. Kevin has joined SparkPeople so he knows all about the program. Kevin did a great job we couldn't have had a better Trainer to come to our rally. Mary Beth is the Yoga Trainer from Gold's Gym as well. She did yoga with our Spark Members they just loved this and had a great time with her. This is something all of us can do at home. Jeff Albert CPC, Professional Life Coach talked about mine, boby and soul. I think this really helped us all to know we are worth it and we are beautiful on the inside and out. That it is up to us to change. I am looking forward to having my free session with Jeff or Leanne.
